Black Red White, the largest Polish furniture group, chose WEBCON BPS to digitize and automate their business processes. The platform was implemented by one of our partners, 7technology.
Black Red White is Poland’s largest furniture group with about a 20 percent market share in terms of sales value. The group is comprised of Black Red White SA and 18 subsidiaries, including 10 foreign entities. Their wide range of home furnishings is available on almost 60 foreign markets.
Every month, the BRW group receives approx. 15,000 purchase invoices, both paper and electronic, in various file formats (pdf, xml). With such a great number of documents, the implementation of an electronic document management workflow was quite a challenge, especially as the solution had to be integrated with the local ERP system.
Due to the scale of the project, 7technology proposed to automate all business processes in the BRW group with our low-code platform, WEBCON BPS. The system allows to improve the efficiency of business processes, while reducing costs and the time needed to perform them. The benefits of implementing the platform include: automating repetitive tasks, increasing the security of documents and avoiding the financial consequences of losing them or missing deadlines.
Thanks to the unique InstantChange™ technology used in WEBCON BPS, processes can be constantly adapted to the current business needs, and changes can be implemented immediately. This allows the company to constantly optimize its processes and flexibly react to the evolving market realities.
Currently, all purchase invoices are digitized and the workflows related to their processing are automated. The use of the two-way data exchange with the ERP system and the OCR mechanism made it possible to efficiently automate the registration of documents and eliminate the need to re-enter existing data. The system also handles the acceptance of invoices for payment.
