ABOUT THE BPM SYSTEM IMPLEMENTATION

Initial implementation was based on Microsoft SharePoint Services 2.0. Even then, WEBCON’s specialists demonstrated superior skills in implementation of Document Management System . The whole project has been carried out in less time we had originally anticipated. Then, the platform was updated to SharePoint 2007 upon which proprietary solution of WEBCON – WEBCON Business Process Suite – has been installed. This allowed for even more effective document management.

Because of the exemplary cooperation, its scope was quickly expanded in order to create a central information system in our company. WEBCON’s experts, among other solutions, implemented helpdesk workflow which enabled the registration and tracking of all tickets regarding problems with IT infrastructure or telecommunication services. In addition, WEBCON also created an application used for leave requests.

Haddad Brands is currently using WEBCON Business Process Suite based on SharePoint 2010 (with capability for quick upgrade to SharePoint 2013) and implement another workflows with its internal IT department resources.
