In 2009 the company decided to optimize the complaint submission and acceptance process and the order process in its sales chain through the implementation of a dedicated solution based on Microsoft SharePoint platform. Other important requirements were the easy operation of the solution and full integration with the company’s existing transaction systems. The choice of WEBCON was dictated by the company’s experience in the delivery of similar solutions for the retail sector, confirmed by proven references, and the features of WEBCON BPS, which made it possible to implement the system in a short time.

By the end of the 3^rd quarter of 2009 the system was handed over to more than 200 users in the company’s head office and sales network, supporting the entire complaint process, from pre-sales returns to consumer sales complaints to wholesale complaints. At the same time, the internal requisition document flow was developed – both workflows are integrated with the ERP class system, Microsoft Dynamics NAV used in the company.

The use of WEBCON WorkFlow Server allowed the company to handle subsequent business processes on its own. Along with the optimization of document input, verification and acceptance process, additional business benefits were completed through the implementation of the mechanisms controlling the processing times for subsequent process stages and reporting the process efficiency. As an effect, the company is able to control its effectiveness in a better way, and therefore to improve the satisfaction of end and business customers.
