ABOUT THE BPM SYSTEM IMPLEMENTATION
Orange Retail (formerly Ramsat S.A.) was looking for a solution which would be able to effectively support the automation of business processes and document processing in the large network of sales points.
In the 1st quarter of 2011 the pilot version of the system handling cost invoices, advances and travel allowances, and the purchasing process was implemented. The project was successfully completed in record time, which encouraged Ramsat to use WEBCON BPS to automate further processes.
Subsequent workflows and modifications are performed almost solely by the company’s IT department. With the obtained competencies, the internal IT staff can freely develop the system and adapt it to its own, specific needs without any help from third parties. Therefore it is possible to rapidly respond to the company’s business needs and keep the system maintenance cost at a very low level.
