Rödl & Partner offers services in the area of audits, legal and tax counseling, financial and payroll accounting, and HR consulting for business customers.

In Q4 of 2013 the company was looking for an effective and flexible solution, which would optimize the workflow of documents related to the handling of cost invoices, corrective invoices and accounting notes. The winner was WEBCON BPS – the system has met all the necessary business requirements.

The project completed by WEBCON took just one and half months, and the production launch of the system took place before the end of 2013. At the moment WEBCON BPS is used to handle the documents of some of the company’s customers, but it is planned that the scope will be expanded to include more companies and business processes.

With the simple operation and flexibility offered by WEBCON BPS, the IT department of Rödl & Partner maintains the system to apply ongoing changes in the existing workflows and to add new functionalities. This is performed with use of the Software Development Kit (SDK) package, allowing the platform to be customized to meet the specific requirements of the company. WEBCON BPS was also integrated with the OCR module.
