TOPEX is a company offering consumers a wide array of tools and power tools, and is one of the biggest players on the central-eastern European market. Currently, TOPEX's portfolio already contains 7 brands and a catalogue of close to 5000 products, which thanks to a well-developed distribution structure can be found in 40 countries around the globe.

TOPEX decided to implement WEBCON BPS in order to optimize internal financial processes. The main goal of this project is to streamline the circulation of financial documents throughout the company, and to make sure they are handled as efficiently as possible at all stages of the cycle.

TOPEX is WEBCON’s first client from the tool and power tool industry. This implementation confirms that our system is universal and flexible. We are able to deliver tailored business solutions to any industry or sector, regardless of the target company’s size. During the implementation process, WEBCON BPS will be integrated with existing ERP systems. Scalability, as well ease of modelling and managing processes were some of the reasons for why WEBCON’s system was chosen.
