Cooltours enhances its travel management with WEBCON BPS

Cooltours, a language and culture travel organizer, has recently replaced its corporate software with a modern cloud solution. The previous system was not only outdated in terms of its performance, it also didn‘t allow any workable option for mobile access. To solve these issues, the company sought external help. DCCS, an experienced digitization specialist and WEBCON Partner Premium, supported Cooltours with consulting and implementation.
In order to keep effort and costs to a minimum and ensure scalability, the company opted for the development of a solution based on the WEBCON low-code platform as well as cloud hosting. The flexible core system currently controls and facilitates the entire process and helps the company save time and paper.
