Deloitte Central Europe and WEBCON announce new alliance to help drive enterprise transformation

3 min read

Deloitte Central Europe and WEBCON are collaborating to help organizations accelerate digital transformation through process automation, workflow management and AI-enabled solutions. The alliance combines Deloitte’s business transformation capabilities with WEBCON’s process automation platform to support clients across industries.

As part of the collaboration, Deloitte may integrate its experience in strategy consulting, process design, and organizational transformation with WEBCON’s technology, including AI capabilities that support the digitalization and automation of business processes.

The alliance expands Deloitte’s ability to support clients across the full transformation journey, from strategy and process design to technology implementation and change management. It addresses one of the most pressing challenges companies face today: how to turn growing investments in technology, automation, and AI into tangible change in the way organizations operate.

The alliance will be developed in Poland and across Central Europe, with a particular focus on industries where complex processes and large-scale operations are driving demand for automation and effective change management, including energy, financial services, food and beverage, the public sector, and manufacturing.

AI in manufacturing: opportunities and challenges

AI in manufacturing is moving beyond the experimental stage. According to Deloitte Germany’s “AI in manufacturing 2026” study, 84% of manufacturers are already seeing measurable benefits from AI, with the potential to improve key operational metrics by around 20% on average. However, only about one in five AI use cases has so far been scaled across plants or enterprise-wide. As organizations move from individual AI deployments to embedding AI directly into business processes, challenges related to costs, skills, change management and data quality remain significant. Successful implementation and scaling of AI requires properly prepared processes and data, effective governance mechanisms, and the ability to replicate proven use cases across teams, plants and markets.

„The biggest barrier to change is not access to technology, but an organization’s ability to harness its potential at scale. Transformation projects require an understanding of processes, their interdependencies, and real business needs. Only then can organizations build solutions that go beyond a single pilot and become an integral part of the company’s operational strategy.”

– says Łukasz Misiarz, Partner and Enterprise Experience Leader at Deloitte Central Europe.

Moving from strategy to implementing solutions across the organization is where the capabilities of Deloitte and WEBCON come together. Deloitte supports clients from process analysis and design through implementation and change management, while working with technologies tailored to an organization’s needs, scale, and specific requirements.

Delivering transformation at scale

The alliance is particularly relevant to large-scale transformation projects where technology implementation is only one element of broader organizational change. It may place a particular focus on projects in the manufacturing sector, where the scale of operations, process complexity and regulatory requirements create growing pressure to manage change effectively and improve operational efficiency. WEBCON has extensive experience delivering projects for organizations in this sector, and its platform has been used for years by large scale companies.

„Deloitte’s relationship with WEBCON expands our capabilities in process automation and digitalization, particularly in manufacturing. In this sector, combining industry experience, well-designed processes and the right technology is critical to the success of transformation projects,”

– says Maciej Plebański, Director and Smart Manufacturing Leader at Deloitte Central Europe.

„Today, competitive advantage increasingly comes from an organization’s ability to continuously adapt. Deploying and scaling AI in response to emerging needs is a good example. In large enterprises, business processes are closely interconnected, and every change must take into account the organization’s scale, existing architecture, and business requirements. In this alliance, Deloitte brings experience in designing transformations across international markets, while WEBCON provides the technology to turn these strategies into working solutions. This end-to-end approach – from strategy to building an ecosystem of solutions that can continuously evolve – is what we value most about this alliance,”

– concludes Paweł Grzegorczyk, VP of Growth at WEBCON.
