Major European PVC window and door producer Oknoplast chose WEBCON for swift project implementation and effective collaboration between their in-house IT department and WEBCON’s engineers.

Oknoplast is present in 13 European markets, and runs over 2500 partner sales points. Both the products and the company itself have won numerous awards in Poland and abroad. The company began their digital revolution in early 2016, by organizing and automatizing the workflows for sales and cost invoices. WEBCON BPS’s smart OCR technology supports the company by automating the registration of incoming documents, and integration with ERP ensures appropriate flow and the integrity of information.

Apart from the strictly technical advantages, Oknoplast also recognized WEBCON for their approach to implementation. It took less than two months to move from the early analytical phase to the launch of the testing phase. All in all, the entire implementation process only took around 100 days. The IT team at Oknoplast admit that this is the approach they had been hoping for: businesslike and goal-oriented, due to the ever-changing market situation.

During the joint implementation, Oknoplast’s IT team trained for the further development of WEBCON BPS, and at their own admission, the collaboration with WEBCON’s team went very smoothly. WEBCON’s engineering team is always focused on improving the skills of each client’s IT team.
