As part of the Digital@Echo program, they chose to first optimize processes related to customer care, accounting and HR.
„We are also automating some individual workflows, such as employee requests and cost invoice approval, as well as our advanced CRM. It was our goal to carry out the company’s digital transformation in phases, in an iterative way and while taking into account our employees’ opinions and ideas concerning the planned changes” – says Paweł Hołdak, Business Processes Architect at Echo Investment. „This approach allowed our employees to feel that they were the co-authors of the system that we collectively created, and so they quickly adapted to it.”

The outcome of the Digital@Echo program has already drawn the attention of digitization experts. The Online Flat Commissioning project, one of the first to be executed during the digital transformation of Echo Investment, has been nominated to the Digital Excellence Awards.
