At the beginning of 2018 the Predica company, one of the key partners of WEBCON, implemented the WEBCON BPS system to support its own business processes. The first one was the business trip approval workflow, and the building of other processes is planned.
From the beginning of cooperation with WEBCON (in 2016), Predica has successfully implemented WEBCON BPS in the businesses of several of its own clients. At the beginning of 2018 our partner itself became the user of this platform by launching the business trip approval workflow which enhances the monthly settlement of expenses related to business trips to countries in Europe and the Middle East. The workflow built on the WEBCON BPS platform enables the automatic gathering of expenses from dozens of business trips in a month. The automated settlements offer considerable time savings, and allow accounting errors to be avoided, says Paweł Hołdak, Project Owner & Business Process Automation Leader at Predica. This is only the first workflow, but its value for the company has already been noticeable. Soon we would like to automate other processes, including e.g. fixed assets management workflow.
The Predica company is all in favour of the process approach, which is why WEBCON BPS, which perfectly matches its offer, has become one of its business pillars. The internal platform implementation shows that our partners themselves notice the real benefits and value of the solution they offer to their clients, says Jakub Romankiewicz, Partner Channel Manager WEBCON. This is the most tangible recommendation they can give us.
