This year’s SPS Warsaw was bigger and better than ever! A community of 100 enthusiasts for all things SharePoint, Office365 and Azure in Poland met at the Legia Warsaw Stadium in the capital of Poland, proudly supported by WEBCON and our Partner Predica.
The 2018 edition of SharePoint Saturday Warsaw, a major community event for Polish IT professionals, was a great success! Nearly 100 administrators, end users, architects, developers, and other IT professionals that work with Microsoft SharePoint technologies met at the Legia Stadium in Warsaw on June 16. The day was packed tight with expert sessions prepared by the head organizer, our very own SharePoint Superhero, WEBCON’s Partner Channel Manager & Consultant Edyta Gorzon.
As the head partner of the conference, WEBCON was represented by Senior Consultant Michal Rykiert, who delivered an expert session title “Make delivering future-proof applications a reality with workflows and forms”, which was dedicated to sharing the principles of agile, future-proof business applications. Michal discussed workflows and forms, standardization and re-usability, as well as the ever-present topic of code vs no-code (see the presentation here).
SPS Warsaw was also a great opportunity to meet our Partners. Philipp Brzezicki, representing our German Partner Vater Gruppe, spoke on adapting your on-prem environment for online compatibility. We also had a lovely chat with Gillian Havelock from Consillium Systems, our partner in the UK and met with the Superheroes from Predica, one of the partner organizations supporting SPS Warsaw in 2018.
This year, SharePoint Saturday Warsaw has grown bigger and more global, with English-only sessions on two expert tracks, and a big networking zone for community members. We are proud to have played a part in this exciting, international initiative dedicated to supporting SharePoint, Azure and Office365 in Poland. See you all next year!
