The immediate objective of implementation was to improve handling of incoming and outgoing correspondence; speed up work on documents in terms of their transmission, approval and archiving; improve customer service and overall efficiency of office operations.

One of the key factors that determined the choice of WEBCON BPS, was the fact that it can be developed (in terms of creating new workflows) exclusively by our internal resources. Additionally we paid great attention to the performance capabilities, flexibility and simple end user interface, Siemens Financial Services GmbH provides wide variety of financial solutions in B2B model. The company has offices in Europe, Asia and North America, and employs around 2900 people worldwide. Its Polish subsidiary is located in Warsaw and provides individual and innovative financial solutions for companies that are interested in investing in markets such as: medical, printing, industry and agriculture. We are pleased to work with such a large corporation as Siemens. We believe that the implementation of WEBCON Business Process Suite in Siemens Finance is another step that will contribute to popularization of Polish solutions worldwide.

The implementation of the system was carried out by ArchiDoc – a part of Outsourcing Experts Group with over 15 years of experience in archiving documents for financial sector. Due to high efficiency, flexibility and broad functional capabilities, the WEBCON BPS is increasingly more popular in the financial industry. Recently, the system has been implemented (also by ArchiDoc) in Intrum Justitia – a major company in the debt management market.
