WEBCON at the European Collaboration Summit in Zagreb

Over 500 IT professionals working with SharePoint and other business solutions from the Microsoft product family gathered at the European Collaboration Summit 2017 in Zagreb, Croatia. WEBCON was pleased to support this Microsoft community-based event as a headlining partner.

ECS Zagreb assembled hundreds of IT professionals from all over Europe for what was both a laid-back, yet still professional event. This two-day community event featured many useful "what is new" and "best practices" sessions on Microsoft Office 365, Azure, SharePoint, Exchange, Skype, and Project, delivered by leading experts. The overarching theme of the event was collaboration in the digital era, and the solutions that make it possible.

Dan Holme, Director of Product Marketing for SharePoint & Yammer, delivered the keynote speech on day one. He spoke about the key innovations announced recently for SharePoint and other Microsoft solutions for business, as well as how to empower every individual, team, and organization to achieve more in their daily work.

During day one's Partner Session, WEBCON's Shem Prokop shared the many benefits of making SharePoint a primary business application platform in an organization. His presentation underscored that intuitive business applications, built on top of a SharePoint intranet, can successfully transform an organization into a 100% digital workplace.

The European Collaboration Summit is the largest community-driven conference focusing on Microsoft's business products like Office 365, Azure, SharePoint, Exchange, Skype, and Project in Europe. The two-day community event in Zagreb is built on the traditions of SPC Adriatics Zagreb and the Office 365 Germany and Nordics Conference.
