On October 22, our incredible Partner community joined us for the 2nd time to exchange knowledge and experiences about working with WEBCON BPS during Partner Day 2019. The goal of the event was to share best practices among our Partner community, and work on improving customer experience through exchanging broad know-how, acquired through years of working with a variety of companies from different industries. We have also once again honored five of our Partners who were most committed to promoting the platform and achieved best business results in 2018.
Our Partners from Poland, UK, Slovenia, Romania, France and Germany gathered together in the heart of Cracow for a day packed full of insightful sessions aiming to share best practices, gain better understanding of the platform’s possibilities and learn how to reach new customers and drive business growth. Because they represent many different business models and diverse approaches to running implementation processes for clients and end-users, it allowed for a wide-ranging exchange of viewpoints, expertise, and experiences.
Our Partners also got the first glimpse of all the updates and new functionalities that will be introduced in the upcoming release of WEBCON BPS 2020, such as X, Y and WEBCON BPS being available in the SaaS model.
