WEBCON Launches
North America Channel
Partner Program

New partner program enables IT system integrators to build business solutions quickly for their industry-leading enterprise customers.

Seattle, WA — November 9, 2021 — WEBCON, a leading low-code platform provider for building and managing business process solutions, today announced the launch of its channel partner program in North America. Through this program, IT system integrators can leverage WEBCON’s low-code application delivery platform, WEBCON BPS, to help their clients digitalize, standardize and automate business processes. WEBCON’s solutions are already in use by companies such as Pratt & Whitney, Siemens Finance, Mitsubishi Electric, Diners Club and many more, and offered through top-class international IT system integrators from 12 countries around the world. While partners focus on delivering process-centric applications, their clients can focus on building competitive advantage and becoming leaders of digital transformation.

WEBCON’s North American partner program comes at a time when demand for low-code solutions for building business applications is at an all-time high. Gartner predicts that low-code application development will be responsible for more than 65% of application development activity by 2024. As this trend continues, system integrators will need a partner that can help them quickly and easily build applications that meet their clients’ immediate business needs and effectively scale over time.

„Our partner program is for true practitioners who want to go beyond just having process automation in their back pocket to eliminate manual steps,” – said Mike Fitzmaurice, VP of North America and Chief Evangelist at WEBCON. „We’re looking to partner with the smartest system integrators who want to address their clients’ increasingly complex BPM requirements, improve productivity and build impactful business solutions.”

With WEBCON BPS, partners can help their clients achieve 87% improvements in productivity on internal process handling time and 67% acceleration of complex external processes to deliver exemplary customer service. It’s also a revenue booster, as explains Andy Taylor¸ CEO of Dolphin IT Solutions, WEBCONs’ Partner in the UK.

„Partnering with WEBCON boosted our revenue. We’re finding that most of our clients actually want us to do the building and the supporting of the processes ourselves. They do get involved a little bit in terms of building the form or designing the workflow, but more often not – they just want us to deliver the solution for them, and do the testing, so we’re getting a lot of consultancy of the WEBCON work that we do. Plus then they’ll usually take a support contract with us, we might also do a few other things like building an Intranet, do the document migration, help out with Office365, so we basically get in the door with the core product, and then we can expand into other areas of what we offer, and that’s quite a big revenue booster for us”

WEBCON’s partner program offers:

  • Proactive channel marketing initiatives to support indirect sales.
WEBCON is committed to helping partners get more leads in the market in which they operate, whether through digital campaigns, content marketing, and webinars; expert sessions during conferences; or supporting their own marketing initiatives.
  • Successful partner onboarding program.
WEBCON has experience in onboarding new partners since 2011 and knows how to make partnerships successful. WEBCON provides professional training and help during the first implementation in order to quickly achieve mutually beneficial results.
  • Professional partner support.
The WEBCON team helps partners at every stage of the sales cycle — starting with initial negotiations and PoC to technical support and professional training courses — and provides them with best practices and knowledge to make every project a success.

ECR Management

An engineering change request (ECR) to alter a product design can be triggered by various sources: audits, enhancement ideas, customer complaints, etc. A fix to a product design can be issued by any employee and the ultimate goal is quality improvement, which can directly influence revenue. By automating the Engineering Change Management (ECM) process, you can bring better products to market faster. Forget missing deadlines, loosing documents, flawed decision-making due to poor visibility of the process, duplicating change requests. Instead, with a dedicated application, gain an overview of the changes that are underway, boost productivity, lower the process costs, eliminate bottlenecks and gather all information related to the ECRs in one place.

New Product Development

A well-managed product lifecycle process allows to bring better products to market faster. With WEBCON BPS, you can provide an enterprise-wide solution that will streamline product development process, improve collaboration between departments, and provide seamless access to all product-related data. From submitting an idea, through research, creating a prototype, testing, designing the packaging, up to manufacturing, introducing the product to the market, and analyzing the feedback – a dedicated application will make sure everyone involved is well-informed on the assigned tasks, and the management gains visibility to improve productivity, and spot any bottlenecks along the way.
