Partner-only strategy in DACH: Rupert Schultes joins WEBCON as EMEA Channel Director

WEBCON, one of the leading European providers of a Low-code Application Development Platform, is once again strengthening its presence in the DACH region. As EMEA Channel Director, Rupert Schultes is now responsible for the growth of the partner channel network, and the initial focus of the experienced manager’s is on the DACH region. The goal is to accelerate growth of the channel partner roster and realizing company’s partner-first strategy.
WEBCON begun building its partner channel network in Germany in 2014. Today, the company has 11 partners in the DACH region, and close to 100 clients that automate and streamline business processes using the WEBCON BPS low-code platform. WEBCON’s goal is to strongly expand the channel network and realize the partner-only strategy.
So far, the platform’s sales growth generated by the channel network was 30% YoY, and seeing continuously growing interest in their low-code application platform, WEBCON plans to double that result.
Rupert Schultes, the new EMEA Channel Director, looks back on more than 20 years of global experience in successfully building and implementing partnership growth strategies. With the experience he gained in Europe and North America in the partner environment of enterprise software and cloud solution providers, he was largely responsible for successful strategic partnerships at companies such as Bizagi, Fujitsu, VMware and other companies.
