O WDROŻENIU SYSTEMU BPM

Wstępne wdrożenie systemu WEBCON BPS w firmie Haddad Brands bazowało na rozwiązaniu Microsoft SharePoint Services 2.0. Pierwszym wdrożonym elementem był Document Management System ; w następnej kolejności platforma została zaktualizowana do wersji SharePoint 2007 i przeprowadzono instalację rozwiązania WEBCON BPS, co umożliwiło skuteczniejsze zarządzanie dokumentami. Projekt został ukończony przed założonym terminem, a zakres współpracy został rozszerzony o budowę centralnego systemu informacyjnego dla firmy Haddad Brands.

Zespół WEBCON wdrożył m.in. obieg helpdesku, umożliwiający rejestrację i śledzenie wszystkich zgłoszeń problemów dotyczących infrastruktury informatycznej i telekomunikacyjnej. Ponadto firma WEBCON stworzyła również aplikację optymalizującą obsługę wniosków urlopowych.
