What Was the Biggest Business Challenge?

Due to the complex operational structure encompassing 16 companies from various industries, Copper River Shared Services sought an effective management solution. Centrally managing workflow processes across diverse units with unique requirements was a significant challenge. To address these challenges, Copper River initially used various solutions from companies like Nintex (workflow, forms) and Microsoft (Forms, Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint workflows). But those attempts were fraught with false starts, seemingly arbitrary limitations, and a near-constant need to invent workarounds.

Following a market analysis, they decided to select the low-code platform WEBCON .

We’re quite demanding as customers. We have unique needs and high expectations. Our team requires a lot from any solution we use. It’s essential for us to deliver what everyone expects, and it should be straightforward for them to achieve their goals. We prioritize process improvement and efficiency, and WEBCON has certainly contributed to both.
