The Portal has undergone a complete transformation in its appearance, alongside a range of functional enhancements, all preceded by extensive efforts in design, analysis, prototyping, and feedback collection. By leveraging Microsoft’s Fluent 2 design system, we have delivered a modern and intuitive interface that seamlessly combines aesthetics with functionality, enabling new users to quickly master its features.
Refreshed Elements
Almost every aspect of the Portal has been revamped. Forms, reports, and dashboards are now simplified for improved clarity and ease of use. New widgets and tiles make it easy to create cohesive, visually engaging pages with minimal effort.
User-Centric Visual Design
The Portal has embraced a new, exclusive color scheme – WEBCON Iris. Page colors generate automatically based on the chosen application palette, delivering a unified appearance without manual styling. No need to worry – full customization options remain, allowing for alignment with your organization’s visual identity.

Authorization of access
to form fields
The new feature enables users to conceal individual fields as well as entire groups within forms. Data is loaded into the browser only after additional authentication, further enhancing protection against unauthorized access.
Phases and Actors in Process Design
We have enhanced process modeling by incorporating phases and actors, allowing for the visual assignment of stages and the individuals responsible for tasks. Users can now also view the current stage of a process directly on the form, making it easier to track the status of their cases.
Data Filtering on the Dashboard
The new widget enables bulk filtering of data from all displayed reports and widgets on the page, greatly enhancing the ability to perform comprehensive data analysis from various sources within a single dashboard.
