Back in early 2022, CRSS made the decision to deprecate their use of Nintex, and although they investigated using PowerApps and Power Automate, those (and other) options fell short compared to WEBCON for meeting their long list of non-optional requirements.

One year in, we asked Kate to tell us what they’ve been able to do and what kind of effect it’s had on their organization. (Spoiler alert: it’s been good.)
