    Mark Mulder

    Mark has 15 years of experience in process automation and optimization delivering digital solutions around ERP, E-commerce and Industry 4.0. In the different roles Mark has worked in, what characterizes them all is building bridges. Bridges between company and customer, bridges between business and IT, and bridges between nationalities and cultures. His Dutch character and a natural ‘design thinking’ approach to challenges certainly comes in handy there.

    Hugo Soares

    Hugo began his career as an IT systems administrator in 1998. In 2004, he moved to France, where he held various roles and gained extensive experience in different markets and geographies with leading multinational IT companies, such as Oracle, Symantec, and Dell. In 2014, Hugo joined OutSystems as the head of the EME Sales Development team, and later the EMEA SMB Sales teams, helping the company to expand and establish itself in new markets. After a successful 8-year tenure at OutSystems, Soares joined WEBCON as a Director of Sales Development. He’s responsible for driving growth in strategic EMEA markets and leads a team responsible for sales development and partner channel expansion.
