Before you start
Do I need to install anything?
The trial runs in a fully managed SaaS environment accessible through your browser. Designer Desk is entirely browser-based. Designer Studio requires a local installation — but a fully browser-based version is coming before the end of 2026.
What happens after 30 days?
The environment is deactivated. Your applications and data are retained for a limited period in case you decide to continue. Nothing is shared or repurposed.
Can I extend the trial?
Yes. Contact us and we can extend the trial period if you need more time to evaluate.
Will someone call me after I sign up?
Not unless you ask. The trial is fully self-service, with video tutorials to guide you through building your first application. If you want hands-on guidance, you can request a guided demo separately.
What features are included?
The full platform: Designer Desk, Designer Studio, form designer, workflow engine, business rules engine, reports, dashboards, process mining, and soon also AI features. Some enterprise features like SDK and OCR may have limitations.
Can I invite colleagues to the trial environment?
Yes. If you want to add users to try how the cooperation on the platform looks like, you can simply contact with our Trial support.
What is the difference between trial and guided demo?
The trial is a self-service sandbox where you build and explore on your own. You start from scratch with a video tutorial that walks you through creating your first application step by step. The guided demo is a live session where a WEBCON Champion walks you through the platform using your actual process — or simply answers the questions you already have.
Where is my trial data hosted?
Trial environments run on Microsoft Azure with EU data residency (North Europe region). WEBCON holds ISO 27001 and SOC 2 certifications. Your data is isolated to your trial tenant and is not shared with other users or repurposed.
We need to review security before our team can sign up. What can you provide?
WEBCON operates on Microsoft Azure infrastructure, certified under ISO 27001 and SOC 2. We can provide security documentation, architecture overviews, and answers to your security questionnaire. Schedule a guided demo and let us know security is on the agenda — we’ll bring the right people to the conversation.
What happens if I decide to purchase after the trial?
You can continue using your trial environment. Your applications, configurations, and data carry over — no need to rebuild from scratch.
