The Advanced Level course aims to further develop your Basic Level skills. It will equip you with knowledge gained through completing exercises and examining examples of best practices to develop skills in performing tasks in such positions as analyst, consultant and sales representative. The course comprises introductory modules (held at WEBCON’s offices in Krakow) and three specialization tracks (held at WEBCON’s offices or remotely).

 

Introductory modules:

  • For intermediate learners 
  • Best implementation practices 
  • Introduction to business analysis and project management 
  • Introduction to integration  
  • Implementation simulation 
  • Environment installation and configuration  

 

The organizer provides:

  • IT environment for training and the participant’s own work
  • Training materials, presentations (also printed) and aids
  • Coffee breaks and catering
  • Space for your own work
  • Consultations with the trainer during the course

 

The participants should:

  • Have a laptop to work at the course with MS Outlook, MS Work and MS Excel,
  • Choose their desired Training Track and notify WEBCON of their choice when ordering the course
  • Choose the training mode (at WEBCON’s offices or remotely) and notify WEBCON of their choice when ordering the course
  • Actively participate in the training
  • Be able to provide a video feed during consulting sessions, the test and the exam (with the option to record)
  • Be able to use MS Teams for remote consultations and the exam (for specialization tracks)

You are expected to show precision when configuring processes, a certain autonomy when running an implementation project based on analytical documentation. You should actively seek out solutions that will result in applications working exactly as expected from your business.

When you have completed the Advanced Level – Consultant course, you can pursue a career as a business process analyst. You can also take a chance on becoming a pre-sales consultant in a sales department, and preparing the POCs for your client on your own.

What do we expect of our participants? 

Firstly, you should have basic sales skills and show confidence when speaking in public. It would be good for you to know how to examine and analyze business needs, and thus be able to translate these requirements to an application operating as a MVP (Minimum Value Product).
