The Advanced Level course aims to further develop your Basic Level skills. It will equip you with knowledge gained through completing exercises and examining examples of best practices to develop skills in performing tasks in such positions as analyst, consultant and sales representative. The course comprises introductory modules (held at WEBCON’s offices in Krakow) and three specialization tracks (held at WEBCON’s offices or remotely).
For some, this is another step in their career, while for others it is part of their continuous improvement. The ability to manage a project and analyze the processes implemented in WEBCON BPS, which you will gain from the course, will give you a wide range of new opportunities: first and foremost, you will be able to design business applications for your own use or for your team/department.
Above all, you should have good analytical skills and be aware of the mechanisms and sequences of business processes in an organization. The skillful operation of applications supporting process design and documentation is also welcome.
When you have completed the Advanced Level – Analyst course, you may continue developing your career towards the position of implementation consultant. Another attractive option is to pursue a more sales-oriented career of a pre-sales consultant or sales engineer.
This course will largely extend your knowledge of process configuration based on WEBCON BPS and our best implementation practices, giving you examples of various business application configurations. It will equip you with the skills necessary to take up a middle or senior consultant post in your company. Perhaps you will also manage an implementation team in a large project, as the lead consultant or solution architect.
You are expected to show precision when configuring processes, a certain autonomy when running an implementation project based on analytical documentation. You should actively seek out solutions that will result in applications working exactly as expected from your business.
When you have completed the Advanced Level – Consultant course, you can pursue a career as a business process analyst. You can also take a chance on becoming a pre-sales consultant in a sales department, and preparing the POCs for your client on your own.
You can also think about taking the next step and signing up for the Expert Level course.
This practical presentation workshop will give you the ability to easily handle sales meetings, compile business requirements and prepare POC at your clients’ request. You will vastly expand your knowledge of how the WEBCON BPS platform can be used to its fullest potential.
Firstly, you should have basic sales skills and show confidence when speaking in public. It would be good for you to know how to examine and analyze business needs, and thus be able to translate these requirements to an application operating as a MVP (Minimum Value Product).
When you have completed the Advanced Level – Sales course, it is worth broadening your knowledge with our Advanced Level – Analyst course, so you have what it takes to manage implementation projects in the future.
You will learn the basics of configuring business processes in WEBCON BPS Designer Studio. You will also find out how document workflows work and how to configure manager desktops and reports, as well as how to build business rules and flexible document forms.
