Application Hub

In WEBCON BPS 2025 R2, we’re introducing a completely new level of support for external users.
In response to customer feedback and suggestions, we have been steadily expanding the system’s functionalities to better engage external users in business processes. Now, users will have the ability to isolate and provide access to a single application without granting access to other parts of the portal. The tool will be accessible via a dedicated URL.
The Application Hub is an excellent addition to the system for B2B scenarios, and even certain B2C scenarios, where users are granted access to a specific part of the system. This functionality can be successfully used in processes such as supplier verification within ESG or B2B claims and complaints management.

WEBCON BPS 2025 R2 introduces the ability to receive real-time AI assistance through a business rule that can be applied to form and attachment values.

Automatic Summary Generation
Generate summaries for text values in forms, attachments, and email conversations. This new feature speeds up the time required to review key information.

Sentiment Analysis
WEBCON BPS 2025 R2 introduces sentiment analysis capabilities for text fields and attachments. Users will have the option to configure follow-up actions based on the analysis results.

Voice Memo Transcription
Automatic transcription converting audio files. The output can be saved as a text field value or a text file. The platform supports 40 languages.

AI Translation
In the latest version, we introduce the ability to automatically translate multilingual elements of application configuration, including form fields, report names, and step names. WEBCON BPS offers three translation modes:

– translation of individual configuration elements,
– automatic translation of the entire application,
– automatic generation of a file with translated phrases.

AI Process Builder
We’re introducing an entirely new feature for building process prototypes using natural language prompts. With this approach, AI will generate the application definition, subsequent phases, specific process steps (including stage descriptions), paths, and form fields. The AI Assistant can also be used when modifying existing applications.

User Defined API

Define custom endpoints to start or update workflow instances, retrieve data, and trigger automations. Now you can tailor the integrations even more, customizing them to your needs.

Dashboard Grid

Use greater flexibility in arranging widgets on dashboards. Users can now position elements vertically or horizontally, having much more control over layout and usability of the system.

Reports on Form

Now you can embed reports directly on forms with the same configuration options available as in dashboards. Reports included in the form can be filtered using the remaining form values.

Access-Restricted Elements History

Element history can now be viewed in two modes: full and simplified. The simplified view shows only the current user’s changes, while full access requires elevated permissions.
