WEBCON Accelerates Expansion in the DACH Region. Target: 40% Sales Growth

WEBCON is intensifying its activities in Western markets. We have opened a subsidiary and a new office in Germany, where we will build a local team. This marks the beginning of the next phase of our expansion into the German, Austrian, and Swiss markets (DACH). The goal is to achieve a 40% increase in sales in this region.

WEBCON has been active in the DACH region since 2014, steadily building its partner network. Now we collaborate with over a dozen authorized partners and support more than 100 clients. Our operations in the region are led by Andreas Rossmann, an experienced sales leader specializing in digital business process transformation. Before joining WEBCON, Rossmann spent over six years leading sales growth at a German low-code solution provider for SAP users. Opening a subsidiary and forming a local team is a strategic move to strengthen the company’s presence in the DACH region.

Strengthening our operational presence in Germany is a response to the growing demand for business process digitization in the region, where companies show high technological awareness and maturity emphasizes Łukasz Wróbel, Vice President and CBDO at WEBCON. As a European software vendor, we want to offer our clients and partners additional support and the assurance of a secure investment – hence our long-term commitment to the DACH region.

The development of the office and team across the western border is also part of WEBCON’s global growth ambitions. Until now, 20% of our revenue has come from international markets. With demand for digital process solutions on the rise, we aim for a 40% increase in sales within the DACH region alone.

Digitizing German Enterprises: Different Pace, Different Expectations

Successful expansion into German-speaking markets requires a deep understanding of local business culture and decision-making processes. Companies operating in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) typically take a more balanced and methodical approach to implementing new technologies compared to those in Central and Eastern Europe.
While companies in Poland often prioritize rapid deployment, iterative testing, and continuous improvement, DACH-based organizations favor careful planning and structured implementation. Despite the need for quick return on investment, IT projects in these countries are preceded by thorough requirement analysis, precise process modeling, and long-term impact assessments. These differences are crucial when shaping product development strategies, go-to-market approaches, and communication with clients and partners.

In today’s economic climate, companies in the region expect tangible and quick results from technology investments – including business applications – but they also demand security and reliability in implementation says Łukasz Wróbel. Reducing costs, alongside ease of use, has become a top priority. We’re seeing strong interest in the practical use of AI capabilities within business processes. Clients are also very focused on ensuring the security and privacy of such AI applications. WEBCON’s solution perfectly aligns with these needs, serving as an AI-enablement platform.

Businesses in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland are looking for tools that allow safe and controlled integration of AI into existing processes. Ensuring high quality and compliance with legal and corporate standards is also critical. In this context, platforms like WEBCON BPS are becoming essential components of enterprise digital strategies.

The architecture of our platform is inspired by German engineering precision, visible in industries like automotive. This translates into lower costs of creating, developing, and maintaining business applications, and enables faster adoption across organizations, concludes Łukasz Wróbel.

ECR Management

An engineering change request (ECR) to alter a product design can be triggered by various sources: audits, enhancement ideas, customer complaints, etc. A fix to a product design can be issued by any employee and the ultimate goal is quality improvement, which can directly influence revenue. By automating the Engineering Change Management (ECM) process, you can bring better products to market faster. Forget missing deadlines, loosing documents, flawed decision-making due to poor visibility of the process, duplicating change requests. Instead, with a dedicated application, gain an overview of the changes that are underway, boost productivity, lower the process costs, eliminate bottlenecks and gather all information related to the ECRs in one place.

New Product Development

A well-managed product lifecycle process allows to bring better products to market faster. With WEBCON BPS, you can provide an enterprise-wide solution that will streamline product development process, improve collaboration between departments, and provide seamless access to all product-related data. From submitting an idea, through research, creating a prototype, testing, designing the packaging, up to manufacturing, introducing the product to the market, and analyzing the feedback – a dedicated application will make sure everyone involved is well-informed on the assigned tasks, and the management gains visibility to improve productivity, and spot any bottlenecks along the way.
