WEBCON Supports Non-Profit Organization – case study Turning Point

Turning Point of Central California, a charitable organization providing comprehensive services in mental health, addiction recovery, and rehabilitation programs, decided to digitize its internal processes to free up employees’ time for mission-related activities. The organization tested various solutions, including Power Platform, but none fully met their requirements.

After exploring the capabilities of the WEBCON platform, TPoCC decided to choose our solution. They developed an ecosystem of applications that gives employees easy access to key information on ongoing cases and allows them to monitor data in real time.

About a year ago, we learned about WEBCON, a low-code application development platform for process automation, that allows us to store documents and track them through an internal workflow. This allows us to have a single source of the truth, and at anytime, users can retrieve real-time data about expiring contracts, or a service that is needed for a fleet vehicle or a level 1 incident report when we get a question about it from the funder or a client advocate.
