As we continue to expand our presence in the DACH region, we are seeking a talented and motivated Channel Account Manager to join our team.
As a Channel Account Manager focusing on the DACH market, you will play a key role in developing and managing relationships with our strategic partners. You will be responsible for driving growth through partner engagement, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring the success of our partners in the region.

Responsibilities
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential partners in the DACH market.
- Collaborate with partners to understand their business needs and align them with WEBCON’s solutions.
- Drive partner enablement programs to ensure partners are equipped to effectively sell and support WEBCON products.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop joint go-to-market strategies and campaigns.
- Monitor and report on partner performance, providing regular updates to internal stakeholders
- Collaborate with partners on customer engagements, ensuring customer satisfaction and successful project delivery.
Requirements and skills
- Proven experience in partner management or channel sales, preferably in the software or IT industry.
- Strong understanding of the DACH market dynamics, with a focus on Germany
- Fluent in German, both written and spoken.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Results-oriented with a track record of exceeding targets.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in partner management or related roles.
