Piotr Dziurzynski becomes new sales director at WEBCON

WEBCON, the leading low-code application development platform vendor in Poland, is expanding its sales and consulting team. Piotr Dziurzynski has just become the new director of the sales department in Poland, and will be responsible for the intensive development of sales activities in the local market.
Piotr Dziurzynski brings to WEBCON more than 22 years of experience in B2B sales, both in Poland and international markets. For several years, he served as Sales Director at Krakow’s Comarch, where he was responsible for sales and business cooperation with major Polish and international companies.
At WEBCON, Dziurzynski will be responsible for strengthening the company’s position and its dynamic development in the Polish market. He will lead teams responsible for direct sales, partner channel, and cooperation with key customers. He will also expand the sales team.
In the Polish market, WEBCON aims to solidify its position as a leader and assist local companies in strategic digitization efforts. All by using low-code technology.

„I am delighted to join WEBCON, merging my experience with a strong product position and a bold growth strategy. WEBCON has developed a low-code platform that uniquely addresses the challenges of digital transformation. The extensive portfolio of satisfied clients, who have streamlined their business processes with WEBCON for years, is proof of this success. Nevertheless, there is still significant potential to expand this vision. I am excited to take on the role of leading the sales team on this journey.” – says Piotr Dziurzynski, Director of Sales Development Poland at WEBCON.

„- In recent months, WEBCON has undergone various changes, with the most significant being the investment from the MCI fund. I am pleased that Piotr is joining the team at such a moment to co-create a new chapter in the company’s development. The challenges are significant because, as a leader in our category in the Polish market, we set the bar very high. However, I firmly believe that Piotr’s extensive experience in building teams and implementing sales strategies will play an important role in achieving our ambitious goals.” – says Łukasz Wróbel, Vice President of WEBCON.

ECR Management

An engineering change request (ECR) to alter a product design can be triggered by various sources: audits, enhancement ideas, customer complaints, etc. A fix to a product design can be issued by any employee and the ultimate goal is quality improvement, which can directly influence revenue. By automating the Engineering Change Management (ECM) process, you can bring better products to market faster. Forget missing deadlines, loosing documents, flawed decision-making due to poor visibility of the process, duplicating change requests. Instead, with a dedicated application, gain an overview of the changes that are underway, boost productivity, lower the process costs, eliminate bottlenecks and gather all information related to the ECRs in one place.

New Product Development

A well-managed product lifecycle process allows to bring better products to market faster. With WEBCON BPS, you can provide an enterprise-wide solution that will streamline product development process, improve collaboration between departments, and provide seamless access to all product-related data. From submitting an idea, through research, creating a prototype, testing, designing the packaging, up to manufacturing, introducing the product to the market, and analyzing the feedback – a dedicated application will make sure everyone involved is well-informed on the assigned tasks, and the management gains visibility to improve productivity, and spot any bottlenecks along the way.
