Change is the New Black. See How to Design Future-proof, Process-centric Business Applications Backed with Instant Change Management
Thursday 29th November, 10:15 - 11:15, Level 200
Years ago, software architecture, stability and technical perfection were the focus of IT departments when delivering business applications. Times have changed, however, and today’s business departments demand more. Modern organizations need more applications that are more intuitive, with more functionalities and the IT support to back it all up. All without shortcuts or sacrifices being accepted. Time-to-business is also critical in this modern, fast-paced and ever-changing environment, so low-code/no-code rapid application development platforms are more in demand than ever.
The digital transformation is having its influence however, and IT departments are now realizing that deployment is no longer the final goal. Change management is the new black, and it’s no longer about how you handle change requests, but how you proceed with the delivery process.

Join us at the EXPO Drinks on Thursday 29th at 17:45 for craft beer with a hint of WEBCON, straight from the magical city of Krakow and keep up the SharePoint spirit!
Why is this beer so special to us? It was prepared by our befriended brewer artisan and former colleague, Tomasz Rogaczewski, the owner of Pracownia Piwa (“the Beer Lab”). At the peak of his career at WEBCON, Tomasz discovered his passion for beer, and pursued it successfully to become a certified beer judge and sommelier, and finally open a rewarded craft brewery. Of course, as befits a genuine WEBCONer, Tomasz uses the WEBCON BPS platform to automate the workflows of his beers’ production, distribution, and ordering system.
