The internal processes of Osadkowski are highly complex due to multi-sector businesses and the multi-branched structure. In order to homogenize the procedures and introduce best practices in the scope of the company’s operation, the decision was made in 2008 to implement a system managing the following business processes:

• automation of credit limit determination, based on the payer’s behavioral analysis,
• contracting process for external partners,
• support for employee handling processes – helpdesk,
• cost invoice workflow, with verification, cost posting, and multi-tiered approval and full integration with ERP-class Comarch CDN XL system,
• purchase request workflow

The choice of WEBCON was dictated by several factors, especially the professionalism shown in the field of the workflow solutions based on Microsoft Office SharePoint Server and the experience in IT system implementation projects, including knowledge of the Comarch CDN XL system, which was to work along side the desired solution. Another important choice criterion was also the flexible workflow engine of broad configurability and high performance, clearly exceeding the embedded features of the base platform.

The implementation works were completed on time, and resulted in significant time and cost optimization in the areas covered by the system. At the moment the solution is used by more than 300 users from all the companies of the Osadkowski Group.
