Die erste Implementierung von WEBCON BPS bei Haddad Brands basierte auf Microsoft SharePoint Services 2.0. Als erstes wurde ein Dokumentenmanagementsystem implementiert; als nächstes wurde die Plattform auf SharePoint 2007 aktualisiert und WEBCON BPS wurde installiert, was ein noch effektiveres Dokumentenmanagement erlaubte. Das Projekt wurde sogar schneller abgeschlossen als geplant. Der Umfang der Zusammenarbeit wurde rasch erweitert, um ein zentrales Informationssystem bei Haddad Brands zu schaffen.

Die Experten von WEBCON implementierten z. B. einen Helpdesk-Workflow, mit dem alle Troubleshooting-Tickets für die IT-Infrastruktur und die Telekommunikationsdienste erfasst und verfolgt werden können. Zudem entwickelte WEBCON eine Anwendung, um die Bearbeitung von Urlaubsanträgen zu optimieren.
